At Rasoi Indian Restaurant, we aim to provide excellent service and quality food to all our customers. However, we operate under a strict no refund policy for both takeout and dining-in orders. Please carefully review the following terms:

  1. Takeout Orders:

    1.1. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made for takeout orders, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
    1.2. In the event of order inaccuracies or quality issues, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the situation with a replacement or store credit.

  2. Dining-In Orders:

    2.1. Payment for dining-in orders must be made at the time of placing the order or upon completion of the meal.
    2.2. We do not offer refunds for dining-in orders, except in cases where the food is unfit for consumption due to reasons within our control.

  3. Exceptions

    3.1. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.
    3.2. Any such refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or vouchers, not in cash.
